New NWOA Logo Jacket
CLIFF KEEN Athletic has designed the NWOA an official jacket with a
new logo for our use. The all-black jacket with logo is shown below.
It is a very high-quality jacket, feels like a micro fiber, is wrinkle-free,
and is made in the USA in Ann Arbor, Michigan. It is cut with lots of
room for movement, and fits true to size. I have been wearing one for
the last few months and I love it.
The KEEN organization is willing to sell it at cost to our membership
and also handle the ordering and shipping.

Wrestle Against Autism
"My local high school officials association wanted to do something to give back to the community. We, along with Tom Ryan, started Wrestle Against Autism, I am also the tournament director/chairman of the tournament. All the officials at the event work for free, we host it, we run it, we officiate it. Last year we had officials from all over the state of Ohio, and one come over from PA to volunteer their day. Tom’s wrestlers work the tables, and the crowd for 50/50 raffles etc.
Maybe the other officials around the country would be willing to do the same thing and take it to their local associations.
Last year our tournament in Columbus made just shy of $10,000 with 300 wrestlers.
This year we had 427 Wrestlers, and we grossed over $23,000 dollars. Once everything
settles out we should net close to $20,000 dollars. We had 50 plus
officials volunteer their Sunday to work the event."
